David B. Levin

Mr. Levin graduated from The Ohio State University in June of 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism degree. In May of 1992, Mr. Levin graduated from the University of Toledo College of Law and he was admitted to the Ohio Bar in November of 1992. Mr. Levin is licensed to practice law in the states of Ohio, Illinois and West Virginia, as well as in the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Ohio, Southern District of Ohio, Northern District of West Virginia, Southern District of West Virginia, Northern District of Illinois and Northern District of Indiana.

Mr. Levin began his legal career in 1992, working in private practice and as in-house counsel for a multi-corporation business before founding the Law Office of David B. Levin, P.C. which he operated until 1998. In 1998, Mr. Levin was pivotal in the formation of the Ohio division of one of the nation’s largest consumer litigation law firms, managing their Ohio practice until 2006.

In March of 2006, Mr. Levin founded the law firm of Luxenburg & Levin, LLC, with Mitchel Luxenburg. Their firm handles a variety of litigation matters, including the defense of traffic tickets and related offenses.  Mr. Levin has handled traffic defense and other matters in numerous Municipal and Common Pleas courts throughout Ohio.


Mitchel E. Luxenburg

Mr. Luxenburg graduated from Kent State University in December of 1994 and August of 1997 with his Bachelors and Masters of Business Administration degrees, respectively.  In May of 1999, Mr. Luxenburg graduated from the University of Akron School of Law and he was admitted to the Ohio Bar in November of 1999.  Mr. Luxenburg is licensed to practice law in the states of Ohio and North Carolina, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Ohio, Southern District of Ohio, Eastern District of North Carolina, Middle District of North Carolina, Western District of North Carolina, and District of Maryland.

Mr. Luxenburg was first employed as an associate with a civil litigation firm in Summit County, Ohio, representing the interests of both commercial plaintiffs and defendants.
In 2001, Mr. Luxenburg joined one of the nation’s largest consumer law firms, managing their Cleveland office until his departure in 2003, at which time he founded the Law Office of Mitchel Luxenburg.

In March of 2006, Mr. Luxenburg founded the law firm of Luxenburg & Levin, LLC, with David Levin. Their firm handles a variety of litigation matters, including the defense of traffic tickets and related offenses.  Mr. Luxenburg has handled traffic defense and other matters in numerous Municipal and Common Pleas courts throughout Ohio.


Jeremy D. Richards

Mr. Richards graduated from the Ohio State University in June 1990 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. In August 1997, Mr. Richards entered the Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio and finished his legal studies at the College of Law at Northern Kentucky University in May 2001. Mr. Richards was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in November 2001.

While in law school Mr. Richards served as the Constable and then the Law Clerk for Judge Thomas Crush of the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas. Upon his admission to the Ohio Bar, Mr. Richards worked with the firm of Coley & Associates practicing in the areas of commercial law and commercial leases. In 2003, Mr. Richards established his own law practice, concentrating in criminal defense, including felonies, misdemeanors, traffic violations and other related offenses. Mr. Richards also provides legal services to many small and medium size business.

Mr. Richards is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association and the Ohio Bar Association. He is also active in the Cincinnati Bar Association Mock Trial Program, working with high school students in southwest Ohio. Mr. Richards is Of Counsel with Luxenburg & Levin, LLC.
